A fur felt fedora from the early 1920s, made by John B. Stetson Co. of Philadelphia.
The hat is covered in a creamy beaver pile, soft to the touch and carefully finished.
It features a wide brown grosgrain ribbon and a leather sweatband with gold embossing, including the 1900 Paris Exposition seal.
The interior is fully lined in golden satin, with a faint company logo still visible at the crown.
